Elite Fixtures store has closed. 


Any eligible purchase (excluding non-stock and special order products) will be refunded or exchanged within 30 days of the date of purchase. Shipping costs will not be returned.  If you paid for expedited shipping, your refund will have any subsidized shipping costs deducted from your refund.
The only exception to a return is the following: custom-made items or hand assembled items, sanitary items (i.e. Water Coolers, filters, UV lamps, etc), clearance items, open box items, accessories (i.e. bulbs, fabric/glass shades, trims, remotes, wire, etc), installed items or any items that use fuel (i.e. gasoline products) are non-returnable unless defective.    Please make sure that any return is uninstalled and in resalable condition as it will be inspected upon return. Items that have been installed will not be returned.

Steps to process a return:
1.    Contact Customer Service at cs@elitefixtures.com.
2.    Obtain a valid RGA# number from our Customer Service Department.
3.    Have all original packaging** (including instructions and parts).
4.    Packaging must not have writing on it or defaced in any way.
5.    You must send back to the correct address provided by our Customer Service Department.

Please understand that it is your responsibility to insure package contents being returned in the event of damage in shipment.  Please note that some items arrive defective or damaged and may require a photo to process the return/replacement (this is mandated by the manufacturer in order to resolve your issue).
